Economical / Cost-effective
Housing is a new concept, which deals with effective budgeting and
following of techniques which help in reducing the cost of construction through
the use of locally available materials along with improved skills and
technology without really sacrificing the strength, performance, and life of
the structure. There is huge misconception that low cost housing is suitable
for only sub-standard works, and they are constructed by utilizing cheap
building materials of low quality.
The fact is
that, Low cost housing is done by proper management of resources. Economy is
also achieved by postponing finishing works or implementing them in various phases.
The unit is currently
under the management of Neovista Group Of Companies, with Shri Ramesh Warrier
as the Managing Director.
He is the Son of
Eminent personality Sri.C S V Warrier and Grand son of Captain A C S Warrier.
Sri.Ramesh Warrier is a Designer by profession. Having passed out as a gold
medalist from the Famed "Rachna Sansad", SID, SLD, AOA Mumbai (Bombay

After a lot of study
and research we have developed three proposals for areas with strong soil substrate.
Our structures are sturdy
& designed to be quake resistant, and have clean plastered finish on both
sides. The building is designed using green principles, the hollow bricks that
we use are made with German technology from red clay which are baked and Kline
fired – maintaining extreme hardness - and hence the super structure would be
strong & quite cool inside.
